Terms
Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for accessing and using SubGen.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used in violation of these terms or in a way that risks the service or other users.
Permitted Use
You may use SubGen to upload media, generate subtitles, export outputs, and manage projects for lawful business or personal purposes.
You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, upload illegal content, interfere with the platform, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
User Content
You retain responsibility for the videos, audio, text, and other materials you upload. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to process that content through the service.
We may process and store your content only as needed to operate the service, maintain projects, and provide support.
Payments and Plans
Paid plans, billing cycles, and feature limits are described at checkout or inside the product. Payments are handled by third-party providers and may be subject to their own terms.
Refunds, if offered, are governed by the Refund Policy.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that subtitle accuracy, uptime, or export results will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
